- Account data: your email address and sign-in details from your Cameo3D website account.
- Credits and activity: your credit balance, a record of credits added and spent, and the generation jobs and downloads linked to your account.
- Your uploads: the images and text descriptions you submit to create a 3D model.
- Purchase data: when you buy a plan, we receive from Paddle your email address, the plan you bought, the transaction ID and the payment status. We never see or store your full card details.
- Technical data: your IP address (used for security and to limit abuse) and basic website cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in.
2. Why we use it
- To run your account and show your credits.
- To create the 3D models you ask for and to let you download them.
- To add the credits you paid for and to handle refunds and support requests.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
3. Who we share it with
- Paddle (Paddle.com): our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and handles your payment details, billing information, taxes and refunds, and acts under its own privacy notice: paddle.com/legal/privacy.
- Tencent Cloud: our AI provider. The images and text you submit are sent to Tencent Cloud (Hunyuan 3D, servers in Singapore) to create your model. We do not keep your uploaded images on our own servers. The provider keeps results only for a limited time under its own terms.
- Supabase: stores our account database and the Model Library files.
- Render: hosts our server.
- Odoo: hosts our website and website accounts.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Where your data goes
Our providers may process data in countries other than your own, including Singapore, the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States. We choose providers that protect data appropriately.
5. Cookies and browser storage
We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in. The 3D models you generate are also saved in your own browser (a history list that stays on your device) and can be cleared by you at any time through your browser settings. Paddle's checkout may set its own cookies when you pay.
6. How long we keep data
We keep your account data and credit records for as long as your account exists, and afterwards for as long as we need them for accounting, security and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see below).
7. Your rights
