1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of Cameo3D (cameo3d.odoo.com), a website where you can create 3D models from images and text descriptions using AI, and download ready-made 3D models from our Model Library. Cameo3D is operated by [LEGAL NAME] ("we", "us", "our"), based in Pakistan. By using the website or buying a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Cameo3D.
2. Paddle is our Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns and refunds.
Payments, billing, taxes, subscription renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Paddle and are also governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Our refund rules are in our Refund Policy.
3. Your account
- You sign in with your Cameo3D website account. Please give accurate information and keep your login details private.
- You must be at least 18 years old to buy a plan.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Do not share your account with others.
4. Credits and plans
- We sell monthly subscription plans that add credits to your account: Starter ($19.90 per month, 1,000 credits), Pro Creator ($29 per month, 1,500 credits) and Studio ($49 per month, 2,750 credits). The price you pay is always shown at checkout, before you pay.
- Credits are added to your account after each successful payment, including each monthly renewal.
- Credits are spent on generating 3D models, converting model formats, and downloading Model Library models. The cost of each action is shown on the website.
- If a model generation fails on our side, the credits for it are returned to your account automatically.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another person, and cannot be exchanged for money, except where a payment is refunded under our Refund Policy.
- Subscriptions renew every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time using the link in your Paddle receipt email, or by contacting us or Paddle. Cancelling stops future payments. Cancelling does not by itself refund a payment already made.
- We may change our prices or plans. Changes never apply to a payment you have already made, and we will tell you before a changed price applies to your renewal.
5. Your content and generated models
- You keep the rights to the images and text you upload. You confirm that you own them or have permission to use them.
- You give us permission to process your uploads only to provide the service, including sending them to our AI processing providers (see our Privacy Policy).
- As between you and us, you may use the 3D models you generate for personal and commercial projects, subject to these Terms and to the rights of others. AI results can look similar to other results, and we cannot promise that a result is unique or free from third-party rights.
6. Model Library
Ready-made models from the Model Library are licensed to you for use in your own projects, including commercial projects. Unless a listing says otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute, or upload Model Library files to another library or marketplace as stand-alone files.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use Cameo3D to upload, generate or share:
- anything illegal, or anything that sexualises minors;
- content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights of others;
- hateful, threatening or harassing content;
- doxxing or privacy violations, including publishing personal data about people without a lawful basis;
- malware, or models designed to cause real-world harm.
You must also not abuse the service: no bypassing usage limits, scraping, reverse engineering, reselling access, or attacking or overloading our systems. Some inputs may be rejected automatically by content checks.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account, and remove content, if you materially breach these Terms or if you repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may stop using Cameo3D at any time.
9. Our intellectual property
The Cameo3D website, name, logo, design and software belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any rights to them except to use the service as described here.
10. Availability
Cameo3D relies on third-party AI and hosting services. We work to keep it running, but the service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be slow, unavailable, or produce results that do not match your expectations. We may improve or change features over time.
11. Limit of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Cameo3D in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your own country.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using Cameo3D after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
